Who We Are

Doris L. Martinez, Enrolled Agent /  President and Darla Espinoza, Enrolled Agent / Vice President, are pioneers in the tax resolution field and have been in practice since 1987.  The Lakewood, CO firm specializes in taking care of people in the IRS hot seat.  Ms. Martinez’ seven years as an IRS agent and twenty two years in private practice have prepared her for just about any tax problem.  Her experience varies from grassroots advisor to Congressional leadership on tax and IRS abuse to individual and corporate representation.  Ms. Martinez testified before Congress in 1998 on behalf of taxpayers.  Her testimony resulted in enactment of “The 10 Deadly Sins Against Taxpayers” the legislation that brought the IRS to its knees. Our firm is passionate about resolving each client’s issues in a positive manner.
